Dick Haslett
It is with the deepest regret that we have to inform you that our beloved Managing Director Dick Haslett, sadly passed away on the 23rd December 2015 with his loving family by his side, after having health problems within the last year, and he finally succumbed to this just before Christmas. At 71, he loved this Company as it was his hobby, and even though he had 'retired' from the scene, he still came in daily - just to join in the banter. He employed the best team to carry on what he started in his garage.
Understandably we are all devastated, as not only have we lost the founder of our Company, but also a very close friend.
Dick had worked within this Industry for the last 40 odd years and had become a very well known, liked and respected character with both customers and suppliers, and after working with him for the last 20 years and I hope that I have picked up some or even half of his ideas and his Company will continue as it has been. The family will continue to run this Company in Dick's commemoration and all the staff will continue with his hardwork to excel in 2016 and beyond.
Caroline Snyder
Sadly Caroline passed away on the 19th March 2016 after a very short illness.
She was diagnosed with mouth cancer at the end of January 2016, just after Dick's funeral. None of us could have realised that she would succumb to the illness as quickly as she did, but the cancer spread very rapidly.
Caroline was such a bubbly, very giving person who dedicated her private life to her Mother and sisters. She was their rock, and also a very dedicated, loyal employee over the last 8 years.
Caroline will be very sadly missed by all who knew her... Customers, Suppliers and very much by the staff who miss her beautiful smiling face.
