Rubber Sheet

Rubber Sheeting: We supply a range of rubber sheeting products in a variety of materials and colours with thicknesses ranging from 1-25mm, all cut to size.

Natural Rubber: We supply natural rubber as detailed below in a range of thicknesses ranging from 1.5-25mm in 1.2 or 1.4m wide 10m rolls, or cut to size. Natural Rubber is resistant to moderate chemical contact, wet or dry organic acids, alcohols, ketones and aldehydes; and not suitable for contact with ozone, strong acids, oils, greases and most hydrocarbons.

SBR: We supply a range of SBR (Butadiene Styrene - Synthetic Rubber) sheeting products in thicknesses ranging from 1-25mm in rolls 1.2 or 1.4m wide and 10m long, or alternatively cut to size.

Neoprene: We supply Neoprene sheeting products in thicknesses ranging from 1mm - 25mm in rolls 1.4m wide and 10m long, or alternatively cut to size. Neoprene is an all round rubber good for most industries, offering resistance to moderate chemicals and acids, ozone, oils, fats, greases and many solvents. Neoprene is also available as cord.

Nitrile: We supply nitrile sheeting products in thicknesses ranging from 1.5-6mm in rolls 1.4m wide and 10 or 20m lengths, or alternatively cut to size. Nitrile is generally resistant to many hydrocarbons, fats, oils, greases, hydraulic fluids and chemicals, but can be attacked by ozone, ketones, esters, aldehydes, chlorinated and nitro hydrocarbons

EPDM: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene) is used widely in the water industry and is suitable for use with potable water applications offering good ozone and water resistance. thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 20mm and is available in sheet or roll.

Butyl: We supply Butyl (IIR or Isobutylene Isoprene Polymer) 1.5mm thick x 1.7m wide supplied on rolls, or alternatively cut to size. Butyl is an impervious material commonly used for pond and reservoir lining or as roofing damp-course membrane.

Hypalon: We supply Hypalon (CSM) in thicknesses ranging from 1-25mm in rolls 1.4m wide and 5 or 10m lengths, or alternatively cut to size. Quotations supplied on request.

Silicone:

We supply Silicone (Si) sheet in thicknesses ranging from 0.5-25mm in 1.2m wide rolls and 1, 2, 5 or 10m lengths, or alternatively cut to size. Silicone is a low and high temperature resistant rubber suited to medical and food applications and offers excellent resistance to many chemicals, weathering, oxidation and liquid immersion (very low water absorption) along with excellent thermal resistant qualities. Colours Available include white, translucent and red.

Viton®: We supply Viton® (registered product of Dupont), (Fluoroelastomer FPM ) in thicknesses ranging from 0.75-6mm in rolls 1.2m wide and 10m lengths, or alternatively cut to size. Viton® is resistant to extreme conditions, including all aliphatic, aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons, acids, animal and vegetable oils.

Polyurethane: We supply polyurethane in thicknesses ranging from 1-25mm, all cut to size.
